Torira Mobile LLC operates as a U.S.-registered mobile application agency offering development guidance, app store optimization (ASO), ad monetization, and user acquisition services to app developers.

Formal engagements, ad mediation revenue-share terms, and licensing agreements are governed by individually signed Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and are not established solely through use of this website.

3. User & Client Responsibilities

When submitting your app information or completing the contact form, you represent and warrant that:

You are the authorized owner, licensee, or developer of the submitted application or game.
Your app complies with applicable Google Play Developer Policies, App Store Guidelines, copyright law, and children's privacy regulations.
All submitted contact details are accurate.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All layouts, visual assets, custom scripts, and the Torira Mobile logo on this website are the property of Torira Mobile LLC and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Reproducing or imitating our visual identity for a competing service is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Content and services on this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Torira Mobile LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including download or revenue changes — resulting from independent developer decisions or third-party ad network policy actions.
